Every lender sets its own criteria. Some consider businesses trading for only a few months, many look for at least a year, and some want two or three years of filed accounts. The amount a lender will offer usually depends on your turnover, so a larger loan needs a larger turnover. Asset finance and invoice finance depend more on the asset or your invoices.
